The following are considered reimbursable expenses: Pre-approved self-booked flights. Ground transportation (taxi, ride-share, public transit) costs for the event. Fares will be reimbursed with a receipt and the tip clearly noted. Mileage reimbursement for those driving themselves to or from the event. A screenshot of the route traveled with mileage is required for reimbursement in lieu of a receipt. Mileage is reimbursable at the U.S. Internal Revenue Service Rate (currently $0.665/mi for 2023). If you have a US account, the Foundation will send payment via ACH deposit or a USD check to the address you provide.
